• Shopify Store Data: When you install the App, we receive your store name, domain, product titles and descriptions, collections, and publicly visible content from your storefront.

• Personal Information: We collect your name and email address via Shopify, and any other contact details you may provide when contacting our support.

• Content Inputs: Any keywords, preferences, or instructions you provide to guide blog content creation.

• Technical & Usage Data: Includes IP address, browser type, device type, session timestamps, click activity, and referral URLs.

• Shopify Access Token: We receive a secure token from Shopify that enables us to perform authorized actions (like posting blogs). This token is encrypted and never shared externally.
   

2. How We Use the Data

• To generate and publish personalized blog content to your Shopify store.

• To improve, analyze, and maintain our App performance and functionality.

• To contact you with relevant service communications (e.g., onboarding, support, updates).

• To manage billing and authentication via Shopify.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
 

3. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We only share information with:

• Shopify (for billing, authentication, and integration)

• AI Providers: OpenAI and Google NLP APIs are used to generate content. Only relevant content-related input is shared — never personal info.

• Analytics Providers: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar services may collect anonymized behavior data for performance tracking.

• Service Providers: Secure cloud hosting, support systems, and backup providers under strict confidentiality.

• Legal Authorities: Only if required by law (e.g., subpoenas, legal investigations).

All third parties are contractually obligated to maintain data privacy and security.

Our website and dashboard may use cookies or similar technologies for:
