Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before installing or using the AutoPilotSEO Shopify app (the “Service” or “App”). By installing, accessing, or using AutoPilotSEO, you (the “User,” “Merchant,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you must not install or use the App. If you are installing or using AutoPilotSEO on behalf of a company or another person’s Shopify store, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and in that case “you” will refer to that company or entity.

These Terms form a legal agreement between you and the providers/developers of AutoPilotSEO (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We may also refer to ourselves as the “Company” for clarity (even if AutoPilotSEO is a product name, it’s provided by our company/team).
 

1. Description of the Service

AutoPilotSEO is a Shopify app that generates and publishes blog content to improve your SEO using AI technology. Key features include:

• AI Content Creation (via OpenAI, Google NLP, etc.)

• Scheduling & Auto-Publishing

• Customization of tone and length

• Shopify Integration

You remain in control of all content and can uninstall at any time.

Important Notes:

• Third-Party Services: AutoPilotSEO uses external platforms and APIs such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT and Google NLP. By using the App, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of these third parties. We do not control or take responsibility for errors, changes, or outages originating from their services.

• License Only: We provide you with a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App. This license may be modified, suspended, or revoked at any time at our sole discretion.
   

2. Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Review content before publishing (unless auto-publish is enabled)

• Verify accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all content

• Use the App only as intended (no abuse, spam, scraping, or illegal use)

• Follow applicable laws and Shopify policies

• Cooperate with support if needed (feedback is optional)

Important: You are solely responsible for the content generated and published using AutoPilotSEO. This includes ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

AutoPilotSEO and its developers are not responsible or liable for any outcome resulting from the use of the App or the content it generates, including:

• Legal claims or disputes

• Regulatory violations or fines

• Financial losses

• Reputational damage

Additionally, you agree that AutoPilotSEO is not liable for any issues caused by third-party services, such as OpenAI or Shopify. Any bugs, service disruptions, or content errors arising from those platforms are beyond our control.
 

3. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your store data and any edited content.

• We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the content generated by AutoPilotSEO.

• The app’s code, design, branding, and templates are our intellectual property.

• We may use feedback you provide to improve the service.
   

4. Billing & Refunds

• All billing is handled through Shopify.

• A free trial may apply. After the trial, charges begin unless the App is uninstalled.

• We offer a 30-day refund policy on your first charge only.

• Cancel anytime by uninstalling the App.

• We may update prices with prior notice.
   

5. Disclaimers

• The App is provided “as is.”

• We do not guarantee any SEO results.

• AI-generated content may require review or edits.

• We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or behavior of third-party services (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Shopify).

• Any bugs or malfunctions arising from third-party services are not our responsibility.

• Beta features may be experimental and subject to change.
   

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 6 months.

• We reserve the right to modify, limit, or revoke your license to use the App at any time, without prior notice.
   

7. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us from any third-party claims, losses, or damages that result from:

• The content you publish using AutoPilotSEO

• Your misuse of the App

• Your violation of laws or the rights of others

If any legal action is brought against AutoPilotSEO due to your actions or content, you will bear full responsibility for the defense and all associated costs.
 

8. Privacy

• Use of the App is subject to our [Privacy Policy].

• We may share data with trusted third parties (e.g., OpenAI, Google) to deliver the Service.

• We do not use your data to train AI models.

• You may request deletion of your personal data after uninstalling.
   

9. Termination

• You may uninstall and stop using the App at any time.

• We may suspend or terminate your use of the App if you violate these Terms.

• Some provisions (e.g., intellectual property, liability, privacy) will survive termination.
   

10. Changes to the App or Terms

• We may update the App or these Terms at any time.

• Continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of any changes.

• You will be notified in advance of any material changes.
   

11. Legal Additions

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to use the App (or have legal guardian consent).

• Marketing Communication: We may email you updates or promotional content. You can unsubscribe at any time.

• Shopify Disclaimer: AutoPilotSEO is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify.

• No Partnership: These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

• Service Changes: We may change or discontinue features of the App at any time.
   

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
